Crews demolish Ghost Bridge | News
LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF)- A Lauderdale County landmark is coming down.
Workers began demolishing the legendary Ghost Bridge Monday. The structure's real name is the Jackson Ford Bridge.
The bridge has been closed since 1996 because of structural problems.
The county engineer said it could take workers a week to 10 days to take down the bridge.
