Would-be car thief gives victim name and address | News

FLORENCE, AL (WAFF)- Florence Police arrested a man for allegedly breaking and
entering a vehicle.

A witness said she saw Ryan Hall breaking into a car on
Robin Hood Drive Monday morning. The witness confronted Hall about what he was
doing.

Hall said he was just going for a walk, got out of the car
and walked off.

The witness told the neighbor. The two got in the car to
look for Hall and found him a short distance away.

Hall told them his name and where he lived which the two
reported to police.

He was arrested and charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle.
