Man pleads not guilty for cousin's murder | News
LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF)- A Shoals man pleaded not guilty to capital murder charges.
Raymond Clemmons is charged in the shooting death of his cousin.
Clemmons went before a Lauderdale County judge for his arraignment hearing.
Investigators said Clemmons killed 50-year-old Jerry Ivy inside his pickup truck earlier in 2012.
