Pre-trial hearing set for man accused of killing teen | News
The man accused of hitting and killing a 13-year-old in Lauderdale County appeared in court Wednesday morning.
42-year-old James O'Neal Wilson is charged with felony leaving the scene of an accident with injuries or fatality.
Investigators say Wilson was driving the car that hit and killed Da'Santo Ingram on County Road 457 in October. According to Alabama State Troopers, Wilson left the scene.
Wilson's pre-trial hearing is January 29 at the Lauderdale County Courthouse in Florence. He's in jail without bond.
