Judge grants delay in sentencing Lauderdale Co. doctor | News
FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) - A federal judge granted a delay in sentencing a Lauderdale County doctor.
Diana McCutcheon's sentencing hearing is now set for April 22nd. She pleaded guilty last November to health care fraud and wire fraud.
Federal prosecutors say she used her clinics in Elgin and Lexington to fraudulently bill for treatment for skin conditions.
McCutcheon's plea agreement calls for a forfeiture of nearly $1 million. She also faces possible prison time.
