Police hunt for source of counterfeit bills | Crime
Florence, AL (WAFF) - Florence Police say they're hoping to track down the source of counterfeit bills being passed around town.
They released a surveillance photo of a woman who allegedly passed two fake $100 bills at Belk's last Thursday.
Investigators say the bills were actually $5 bills that were chemically wiped, then reprinted with $100 bill marks on them.
If the woman in the photo looks familiar, call Florence Police.
