Parole denied for convicted rapist | Crime

Officials denied bond for a woman who had sex with a 14-year-old boy.

Dana Allen was sentenced to three years in prison after she admitted to having sex with a teenager.

The Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles denied parole for Allen following a hearing in Montgomery.

Allen was convicted of second degree rape in July of 2012.

She is projected to be released in December 2013. When she gets out, she will have to register as a sex offender.
