Baby tests positive for drugs, mother arrested | Crime
A Shoals woman was arrested when her baby tested positive for marijuana.
Officers said Kimberly Lindsey gave birth Sunday and both she and her baby tested positive for marijuana.
Lindsey was arrested and charged with chemical endangerment of a child. She was released on a $5,000 bond.
